Speaking Peace - In A World of Conflict
Connecting with Others Through Compassionate Communication (NVC)

with Cate Crombie Cate Crombie
Certified Compassionate Communication Trainer

On this ANZAC Day weekend, discover how you can create an internal consciousness of peace as the first step toward effective personal,
professional and social change.

This NVC foundation workshop includes skills in...
  • Conflict resolution
  • Empathising with the views of others, no matter how strange
  • Transforming enemy images we have of others
  • Self care and how to tend to your own needs in a healthy way
  • Caring for others in a way that does not deplete you or the other person
  • How to connect to the true nature of love and generosity
  • How to live more authentically

Words we use are powerful. They can create profound healing – or almost unbearable suffering. Even with the best of intentions, it is often difficult to express ourselves in ways that build harmony and trust.

Speaking Peace uses NVC's 4 part model to connect to the true nature of love and generosity within each of us. By finding our inner sense of self-care, we can also contribute meaningfully to the well-being of those we relate to.

Learn how to use your natural empathy to defuse stressful situations and safely deal with anger, fear and other strong emotions. Overcome ‘dehumanizing' communication patterns that block connection and compassionate giving. See through the eyes of others to foster understanding.

When you convey ‘what is truly alive in you', through expressing your feelings, needs, values and desires, you establish honest, nurturing relationships. Everyone's needs can be fulfilled especially when you align your heart's purest depths, with ‘Speaking Peace'.

Join Cate Crombie for a day-long journey of discovery of the art of creating peace.

“Magnificent, beautiful location, amazing hospitality,
wonderful nutritious food... what else could you ask for?”
Chris Cameron ~ 2003/4 Telstra Businesswoman of the Year
