Life is a constant creation. A few gifted individuals are able to seize each moment and create a life that resembles a work of art, spontaneously creative, full of the unexpected and memorable for all the right reasons.  For most of us most of the time however, what we create is driven by outdated beliefs and habits of perception that are partial or distorted. The result is a life that does not fit the world we encounter, creating stress, anxiety or poor health. We eternally struggle with failed dreams and a deep yearning for something more.If we are to turn that around and begin creating the life we want, we are called upon to learn more of who we are and what we want, and to develop the skills to continuously embrace the ever-changing moment in all its complexity. We are tasked to hold steady in our vision of a deepest heart's desire as a guiding principle for life. We are challenged to let go of old beliefs, fears and judgements so that we might gently and creatively engage life more fully, more joyfully and with more compassion.  Integral Life Artistry is about using Ken Wilber's Integral Approach to embrace a deeper understanding and felt-experience of who we are and what we are capable of. The goal is to unlock our potentials and to use our innate wisdom to rise fully to the challenges and opportunities of our lives. Of course, understanding alone is not enough to create a better life, but without it, we are like children, easily overwhelmed by complexity. We need understanding coupled with the experience of our deeper potentials and a tool-box of simple practices to bring those potentials to life. Integral Life Artistry seeks to deliver exactly that. The Integral Life Artistry weekend touches into the contours of the Integral Model, but does not intend to explain in detail the model itself.
