Terry has spent the last 3 decades studying for a Ph.D from the University of Life in the subject of Consciousness Development.
Born in the industrial belt of Melbourne in 1958, he enjoyed a 1950's style upbringing and a strict Catholic education. After a modest awakening in his 20s, Terry found himself in an unconscious marriage with a dead end career and no idea of who he was, launching him into a lifelong adventure of enquiry. In many ways it was the ideal upbringing to inspire a life-long yearning for deeper consciousness.
 Since then he has lived and worked in 7 countries on 5 continents, co-founded a successful international software company before retiring at 42 to live on a yacht in the Caribbean. There he discovered Ken Wilber's integral theory. For first time, it all made sense.
Twenty books later, and several trips to Colorado to visit the Integral Institute and attend events, he has developed a keen understanding of integral theory and a passionate appreciation for the beauty of its many applications.
 He returned to Australia with his beloved Deborah to build the Worldview Centre, which opened in 2004. He has since retrained as an Expressive Therapist, and written an e-book "Spiritual Not Religious", excerpts of which were published on Ken Wilber's website. He is on the executive committee of the Mens Wellbeing association, and is working on a new book on gender dynamics.
Terry's passion is for conscious community... one that better serves the needs of our children and the healthy pursuit of lasting peace and wellbeing. His major focus is on gender dynamics, and the intrinsic nature and gifts of both the masculine and feminine within us all.
