When we are angry, we focus almost completely on what we don't want. Our thinking is caught up in images of the wrongness (enemy images) of others that are involved (or ourselves if it's us we are angry with). 
In WMYA, participants are taken through 5 steps to discover for themselves how to recognise self-defeating patterns and connect with the life-serving purpose of anger. Learn where anger comes from and what's behind it.
  • Find constructive ways to meet our needs and the needs of others.
  • Learn power-with ways to express what we want to meet our needs.
  • Learn to re-focus your attention during an angry conflict and to create outcomes that are satisfying for everyone involved.
  • Be safe to hear another's anger without taking it on board.

$335 if you book before 11th July. 10% for couples or friends who book together. Reduced rates for locals who prefer your own bed.

Arrive at 6pm on Friday 16 July for 6.30 meal. Finish time is 4pm on Sunday 18 July.
