Based on the Integral Model, courtesy of the genius of Ken Wilber (a meditator with 35 years experience, initiated in Zen, Theraveda, Mahayana, Hindi, Christian and Sufi traditions, and the author of dozens of books including Integral Spirituality). The Integral Model offers an over-arching metaphysical framework that can be used to draw an outline of the Kosmos and the practices that we use to exercise our numerous ‘spiritual muscles'. It also offers clear insight on the partial nature of some approaches and how to augment them to ensure healthy spiritual growth.

I (Terrence Bishop) have been a student of Wilber's work for over 10 years, have read all of his books and been to Colorado on numerous occasions to meet with Ken or attend workshops run by the Integral Institute. I do not claim to be an Elder that ‘has the answers' for you, but rather I offer you an understanding of the Integral Approach in a way that allows you to apply it for yourself in your own life in a way that is both useful and engaging for every participant.
